Accessible Building Entrances
To use the accessible entrance, please proceed to the doors located 30 metres west of the main entrance on Bloor Street. When you arrive, call 416-717-4979 (this number is also posted on the doors). An onsite caretaker will meet you, open the door, and operate the lift to bring you down to the basement level. From there, the caretaker will assist you in accessing the main elevators, which provide access to all floors of the building.
When exiting, please follow the same process in reverse by calling the caretaker to assist with operating the lift.
